The published price and your company
Our prices cover defined legal services. Before you instruct ASSIO LEX AND ASSOCIATES LLC, we check which package fits the company and identify any work that needs a separate quotation.
Company liquidation — €1,360
This is the fixed price for an uncomplicated dormant or reporting-compliant company. It includes the agreed legal preparation, representation and authority fees. Required RS.ge returns and SARAS reports, where applicable, must be complete or dealt with under a separately agreed reporting assignment.
For the basic package, notary and translation fees are also included when the same person is the sole shareholder and sole director. Other structures may require separate document costs, which we identify before instruction.
The package is confirmed after review. “Never traded” is useful background, but an unused company may still have reporting gaps, bank or shareholder balances, an estimated tax assessment or other matters to resolve.
Company restoration — €800 or €1,200
- €800: one individual shareholder and one director. Authority fees are included. Notary and translation fees are included when these are the same person.
- €1,200: a corporate shareholder or more than one director. Authority fees are included; notary and translation fees are additional.
Restoration brings the registration into compliance under the agreed assignment. It is separate from closing the company. If a suspended company needs both preparatory registration work and liquidation, the proposal sets out the combined work and price.

Which costs remain separate?
The company remains responsible for its own taxes, penalties, interest and amounts owed to creditors. Including authority fees in our service price does not mean that those liabilities are paid from the package fee.
Additional document work, such as an apostille or legalisation, is identified where required. Accounting reconstruction, overdue reporting, a tax dispute or other work outside the confirmed package is quoted separately. We agree additional services before undertaking them.

- The company and service covered by the engagement.
- The legal work and any accounting or reporting assignment.
- The total fee, included costs, separate charges and VAT treatment.
- Payment arrangements and the information needed to proceed.
- The expected timetable and any matters that may affect it.
To request a quotation, send the company name and a brief description of its activity and any known outstanding matters. The company ID is optional at the enquiry stage. The online form takes no payment; we confirm the engagement with you before professional work begins.
Questions about this service
Are authority fees included?
Yes. The published €1,360, €800 and €1,200 prices include authority fees for the agreed service.
When are notary and translation fees included?
They are included in the basic package when the same person is the sole shareholder and sole director. For other structures, the quotation identifies those document costs separately.
Does an RS.ge assessment change the price?
It may require additional accounting or legal work. We review the underlying notice and records, then confirm whether corrective work is needed. Any tax, interest or penalty owed remains separate from our service fee.
