What the €1,360 service covers

€1,360Company liquidation
Authority fees included

The fixed price is for an uncomplicated company that has been dormant or has completed its statutory reporting, without unresolved matters requiring substantial additional work. Required Revenue Service returns and SARAS reports, where applicable, must be accounted for.

  • Review of the registration, ownership and documents needed for the liquidation.
  • Preparation of the agreed corporate paperwork and authority to represent the company.
  • Coordination of the liquidation submissions and related authority correspondence.
  • Progress updates and the final registration decision.

Notary and translation fees are included in the basic package when the same person is the sole shareholder and sole director. For other ownership or management structures, we identify those document costs in the quotation.

How we establish whether the package applies

A company with no customers may still have received shareholder funds, paid expenses or kept money in a bank account. A company that traded for a short period may have completed all its reporting. Those are different histories, and neither should be judged from turnover alone.

We ask when activity stopped, who maintained the accounts and whether assets, debts, employees or contracts remain. A registry suspension, unresolved tax notice or missing reporting period may call for preparatory work. We explain that work and its price before asking you to proceed.

Dormant does not always mean a clear tax account

A dormant company can still have an estimated Revenue Service assessment and, where applicable, penalties or interest. We check the notices and reporting history before confirming the closure work. Read why an inactive company can show an RS.ge balance.

When there is more to resolve

Property to sell, creditor claims, shareholder balances, disputes and incomplete accounts can change the assignment. We also handle complex company closures and can arrange accounting reconstruction and overdue reporting. Those services are quoted separately from the straightforward package.

The service fee covers our agreed work and included authority charges. The company’s own taxes, penalties and debts remain separate.

Timing and instructions from abroad

For planning, allow around six months from formal filing with the Public Registry. Document preparation and any corrective accounting come before that point. This is an estimate for arranging the assignment; the company’s circumstances and the applicable legal periods determine actual completion. See timing and requirements.

You can begin by email or Zoom. Tell us where the shareholders and directors are based and whether a shareholder is another company. We confirm the signing arrangements, representation documents and any certification required for the country concerned.

Start with the company name

Send its registered name and a short account of what it did and when activity ended. Add the identification number if available; it is optional in the enquiry form. If there is a tax notice or missing report, mention it. We will ask for the records needed to assess the company, rather than an entire archive at the outset.

Questions about this service

Can you close a company that never traded?

Yes. We first check its registration, reporting and remaining balances. Never having traded may make the work straightforward, but it does not by itself confirm that the €1,360 package applies.

Can we deal with missing reports as part of the assignment?

Yes. We can combine the legal work with separately quoted accounting reconstruction and reporting. The proposal identifies what must be completed before the liquidation can proceed.

Does the fixed price include authority fees?

Yes. Authority fees for the agreed service are included. Basic-package notary and translation fees are also included when the same person is sole shareholder and sole director.

Ready to close the company?

Send the company name and a brief summary. We’ll confirm the work, fee and expected timing.
