Dormant companies: reporting and closure
A dormant company may still have reporting and registration matters to resolve.
ASSIO LEX AND ASSOCIATES LLC helps owners close Georgian companies with the legal work handled from Tbilisi. If the company never traded, has completed its purpose or needs its accounts brought up to date, we establish what remains and agree the work with you.
