First, confirm the reason for suspension
A company may be described as “frozen” because its registration is suspended, its bank account is restricted or a tax matter prevents a transaction. Those are different problems. We review the recorded status and the relevant notice before recommending the work.
For a company affected by the registration-alignment requirements under the Law on Entrepreneurs, ASSIO LEX AND ASSOCIATES LLC prepares and coordinates the agreed compliance documents and submissions.
The current compliance window
The Public Registry’s notice of 4 June 2026 states that companies whose registration was suspended on 1 April 2026 can restore registration by meeting the requirements by 1 April 2027. We check whether that notice applies to your company and what remains to be submitted.
Read the Public Registry notice. Reviewed 19 September 2026.
Restoration fees
- €800: one individual shareholder and one director. Authority fees are included. Notary and translation fees are included when the shareholder and director are the same person.
- €1,200: a corporate shareholder or more than one director. Authority fees are included; notary and translation fees are additional.
We confirm the structure and required work before instruction. Other arrangements, missing records or a separate dispute may require an individual quotation. See fees and inclusions.
Check the restriction
Identify the registration decision and the compliance documents required.
Arrange the documents
Confirm ownership, signing authority and certification where needed.
Complete the submission
Coordinate the agreed filing and communicate the registration outcome.
What the legal work addresses
We examine the registered information, ownership and authority to sign, identify the compliance documents needed and coordinate the agreed submission. The proposal explains which decisions and signatures we need from you and which authority fees are included.
If a shareholder is another company, we also need to establish its current existence and who can act for it. The documents, certification and translation depend on the shareholder’s jurisdiction. Tell us where it is registered and whether its representative is available.

What restoration means for the business
Restoration addresses the registration. Accounts, tax returns, financial reporting and existing liabilities need their own review. If you intend to trade again, we can identify any reporting work needed alongside the legal assignment.
The time required depends on the documents, signatures and any additional matters found during review. The six-month company-liquidation estimate is not the timetable for restoration.
If you would prefer to close the company
You can ask us to assess a suspended company for closure. We establish what preparatory registration work is necessary and quote the work required to reach the intended outcome. Restoration and liquidation are separate services; a restoration fee does not include the later closure.
Send the registered name, any notice you have received and whether you want to keep the company. Add the company ID if available. We can begin the review by email or arrange a Zoom consultation.
